1. Fair Pricing Policy

• Standard Pricing: Each level is priced at ₹981. Bundled offers for multiple levels are displayed clearly on our pricing page.
• No Hidden Charges: All prices include applicable GST, with no additional joining or maintenance fees.
• Equal Access: The same pricing applies for all learners across India — whether online or through Smart Tuitions.
• Promotional Offers: Any discounts or seasonal offers are transparently announced on our official website.

2. Returns Policy

SmartBeads is a digital learning platform. Once access to a course or level is activated, it is considered delivered. However, we assist users facing activation or payment issues.

Eligible for Return/Replacement:

• Payment successful but course not activated.
• Technical issues preventing usage within 7 days of purchase.
• Duplicate payment made accidentally.

Not Eligible for Returns:

• Courses already accessed or completed.
• Dissatisfaction due to learning pace or personal preference.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Refunds are provided only for valid payment or activation errors reported within 7 days of purchase.
• Refund Method: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank) within 5–7 working days.
• Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
• Non-refundable: Levels already accessed or offline tuition fees after student kit or ID issuance.
